NTS Data Privacy
As an international company, NTS has embraced all European trends in data security that it collects and processes in its operations. Following EU regulations and new national laws on data privacy, procedures that regulate all issues related to manipulated data have been adopted.
The NTS applies appropriate technical, organizational and personnel measures to protect personal data following the nature of the data which are processed with existing standards, as well as the likelihood of risk occurrence.
For data security, the NTS, when processing personal data, takes appropriate measures to protect IT processes and systems, to protect the data against unintentional or unlawful deletion, alteration, communication, access, or loss.
As a special security measure, the NTS also applies control of entry into rooms where data is stored using alarm and video surveillance systems. Security systems are in place at all NTS premises where it is necessary to protect the security of persons, property, and data as trade secrets.
Personal measures, as part of organizational data security measures, can be divided into those measures relating to NTS employees, as well as measures that are applied when selecting persons to whom NTS entrusts certain processing tasks. Only NTS authorized employees who are specifically responsible for this can process personal data.
All aspects of security are defined in the Data processing Agreement to be signed when establishing cooperation, which specifically addresses issues relating to:
- the legal basis and purpose of the processing,
- data processing procedure,
- necessary measures for data protection,
- access to personal data and responsibility for their unauthorized processing and use,
- persons related to data processing,
- keeping records of processing for each database,
- cross-border data transmission and similar.
Customer data is of paramount importance, intending to protect personal integrity, data processing is only limited to what is required.

Also, we strive to support as many humanitarian actions and societies as possible. We are especially pleased that we are assisting the work of Belgrade Medical Emergency Room with our solution. We also build social responsibility through the sponsorship of various cultural, sports and scientific events. We have intensive cooperation with scientific-professional and educational institutions. We provide scholarships to future members of the academic community and offer them the opportunity of internship and employment. Internships and scholarships are also provided for high school students. We intend to continue and increase all of our CSR activities in the future.

History
The foundation of the company in 2006 was inspired by the founder's idea to contribute to the improvement of transport and logistics processes. With this idea, NTS started its business in the Slovenian market, and soon expanded it into the market of Southeastern Europe and delivered its first NTS Tracker application.
2007
NTS starts doing business in Serbia.
NTS implements solutions for remote data retrieval from a board computer of the truck and bus. It launches its first navigation and communication device the same year.
NTS attains market leadership and remains the leading provider of Fleet Management solutions in the coming years.
NTS delivers the NTS Desktop application as a unified solution for complete Fleet Management and the NTS Droid as its first mobile phone application.
NTS launches a solution for reading data from the board computer of passenger and light commercial vehicles, thus continuing the role of the leading provider of Fleet Management solutions.
NTS creates set of services that will control the fuel consumption. NTS continues with the application development and introduces web application available to all operating systems as well as mobile platforms.
NTS introduces new mobile application – NTS Mobile Android.
NTS has reoriented its vision of transferring data from vehicles into a vision of delivering transportation and logistics management support solutions..
NTS launches an application designed for drivers (NTS Mobile Office application) which allows them easy communication with dispatchers, document sharing, navigation, etc..
NTS completes the team for software and logistic support, with the advancement in teams of software development, hardware service, and administrative activities. Also, it intensifies the development of NTS TMS.
The company has over 50 employees, including logistics engineers, economists, developers, electricians, etc. NTS operates regionally with offices in Ljubljana, Banja Luka, Novi Sad, Belgrade, Nis, Podgorica, and Tirana.
Solution Development
NTS creates, manufactures, delivers, and maintains all of its solutions. The most important product of NTS is the NTS Fleet Management System, on which platform various Fleet Management solutions were created. Its development, adaptability of solutions, and rapid response of manufacturers are exactly the main advantages of the NTS Fleet Management System over similar solutions. It has been in use for 13 years, with constant expansion and improvement. It is delivered to clients in the form of Desktop, Web, and Mobile applications. In addition to the continuous improvement of existing solutions, NTS is also developing new solutions to ensure accurate, fast, and comprehensive support for the management of fleet, transportation, and logistics. NTS develops solutions together with their clients, but also in collaboration with the academic community. NTS is especially proud of the cooperation with the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering in Belgrade and the Faculty of Logistics in Celje. In addition to the NTS Fleet Management System, NTS is also actively developing the Transport Management System, CRM for logistics, a Service Application.

The website primarily aims to bring NTS solutions within Fleet Management's domain as close as possible to clients. Solutions are presented through their features and benefits that they can provide to users. Particularly presented are solutions designed for companies in specific areas (construction, passenger transport, distribution, etc.). In addition, the website also provides answers to frequently asked questions regarding the use of the solution, contains support contacts, and chat as a new way to communicate with support and sales. The blog of the website will be run by top experts in the field of transport and logistics, regularly providing up-to-date and useful texts in these fields.
