Sales team- Sales representative

The NTS sales team recognizes the needs of customers and presents solutions to problems in the field of transport and logistics, which enable their business progress. Sales representatives maintain direct contacts with our clients and in their work demonstrate the values ​​we nurture - high quality, security and trust in business cooperation.

We expect from you:

• Planning, negotiating and implementing annual and monthly sales plans,Experience in direct communication with clients,
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and use new sales tools,
• Identifying new potential users for NTS services and products,
• Negotiating with new customers and closing sales,
• Regular reporting to superiors reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Fieldwork.

Customer support team- Customer support Agent

The NTS customer support team quickly and efficiently solves technical problems, provides support to clients in the use of software and analysis of the results of their fleet. Our support team responds to customer requests as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities

• Professional answering of user's phone calls,
• Providing information and technical support to users by phone,
• Assistance in resolving user requests,
• Keeping records of calls and requests.

We expect

• Work experience in the same or similar jobs (Preference is given to candidates with work experience in the call centre),
• Mandatory knowledge of English (both spoken and written),
• Familiarity with  Word-a, Excel-a, Power Point-a, Google Drive-a and Internet Explorer,

Service team –Installer of GPS devices

The NTS service team consists of trained technicians in charge of installing telematics devices, various sensors, the latest IoT (Internet of things) technologies in trucks, passenger vehicles and work machines. In addition to installation, the service team maintains and, if necessary, services all installed devices in the vehicles of our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Installation of telematics devices in passenger and cargo vehicles,
• Installation of various sensors in passenger and cargo vehicles and trailers,
• Installation and testing of the latest IoT (Internet of things) technologies,
• Providing customer support in the organization of installation and service.

We expect

• At least secondary completed education,
• Driver's licence B category,
• Desirable work experience in-car electronics (installation of car alarms, maintenance of car-electrical installations),
• Desirable work experience in communication with clients,
• Familiarity with  Word-a, Excel-a, Power Point-a, Google Drive-a and Internet Explorer.

Development team

NTS creates all solutions on its own, from the analysis of the project request, through design and implementation, to testing and maintenance. In cooperation with clients, it develops new solutions and improves the existing ones, and the main role in that is played by the development team consisting of developers and traffic engineers.

In order to implement new software solutions, we are looking for candidates for the position:

SENIOR PROGRAMMER

 

We expect from you:

• Knowledge of Java programming language (Advanced level)
• Work with REST services and SOAP services, CDI framework, experience with QUARKUS or SPRING BOOT server.
• Knowledge of networks and network protocols
• Java networking (Knowledge of TCP UDP protocol, java Non Blocking IO) advantage knowledge of netty
• Basics of Android programming
• Knowledge of SQL Databases (creating and changing database structures, ANSI SQL) advantage of SQL Server, Postgres.
• Mandatory knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
• Willingness for teamwork

Preferably:

• Elementary knowledge of Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS ...)
• Experience with BIG data (Hadoop, Casandra, HBase ....)
• Elementary knowledge of microcontroller operation
